Suggest The Safest Analgesic For Pain After Gynecomastia Masectomy

Question: 5ft 5 inch 57 years diabetic (HB1AC 6.7) undergone lipocuction and bilateral gynecomastia masectomy under tumnescent anesthesia last two weeks backs. What is the best painkiller for quick healing ? Is Paracetamol 650 BD OK or any other by which the pain can be forgotten. Chest under compression vest.Please advise

Pain killers don't help in wound healing. They only decrease the inflammation and pain associated with surgical wound healing.
Paracetamol 650 is the safest and preferred pain killer. If the pain is severe consider adding Ibuprofen 400 mg
