Brief Answer:
Ritalin is good

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

Thanks for your query.

Ritalin contains methylphenidate, this has low potential of addiction and dependence compared to the Amphetamine in Adderall. Also the side effect profile is very narrow and efficacy is more than Adderall. I would consider Ritalin good over the Adderal in many aspects.

Hope, I answered your query.

Wish you good health.
