Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for asking on HCM!

I carefully reviewed your uploaded reports and would explain that they indicate atrial fibrillation ( besides a lot of artifacts).

Atrial fibrillation is not very common at your age.

Ave you taken any caffeine or other substances that stimulate central nervous system ( cocaine, amphetamine, methamphetamine, etc)? These substances can lead to cardiac arrhythmia and atrial fibrillation.

Do you have any palpitations, shortness of breath, lightheadedness?

I recommend going to the nearest ER service for a careful physical exam and some tests to investigate for the possible underlying causes:

- a resting ECG and cardiac enzymes for possible myocardial ischemia
- blood electrolytes for possible electrolytes imbalance
- complete blood count for anemia
- thyroid hormone levels for possible dysfunction
- a cardiac ultrasound would be needed to examine your heart structure and function.

Hope to have been helpful!

Feel free to ask me again whenever you need!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
