Hello! I have been through your question.
Based on your history (tick bite) and your above mentioned symptoms I think this could be a Lyme diseases( borreliosis). You should know that later signs and symptoms (days to months after tick bite) are fatigue, joint and muscle pain, numbness, or tingling in the hands or feet, rashes on other areas of the body, and etc like you have.
So, I suggest to do lab tests (enzyme immunoassay and Western blot test) for Lyme disease in order to define better the diagnosis.
Please could you send me a picture of this oval red whelp.
I hope my answer helps you.
Feel free to ask me further.

Hello! Thank you writing back.
I have seen your picture and I think even that this doesn't look like as an erythema migrans, typical for Lyme diseases, you should do the above mentioned test for borreliosis.
Related your concern I suggest to use non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (ibuprofen etc.) to help manage your symptoms and you should start antibiotic after the confirmation of diagnosis by lab test.
I hope my answer helps you.
I wish you a quick recovery.
Regards.
