Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for your question on HCM.
Sorry to say but your question is not unstandable. You wrote " mesa in the cest".
There is no medical terminology like Mesa or cest. I googled it and find out one relevant meaning of mesa. It is elevated land. So are you trying to ask me about swelling on your chest area?
Also the medication you mentioned " dysicilling" is not understood.
So please reply with proper spelling.
Hope you can understand, what difficulties we are facing in answering your query.
Please co-operate and reply with correction. I will be happy to help you.
Wish you good health.
Thanks.

I have been tested positive for Mrsa in the chest arier have been different antibiotic I also have asthma and my breathing is very wheezy it seem that the infection has not gone I am very concerned as to wot to do
Brief Answer:
Need more information.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for your follow up question. Now your question is understandable.
Still want to ask few questions.
1. MRSA is detected in sputum report or in XXXXXXX (Broncho Alveolar Lavage) specimen? Have you undergone sensitivity report for it? I mean have they tested for sensitive antibiotics?
2. May I know the asthma drugs you are taking?
3. Have you undergone chest x ray and PFT (PULMONARY FUNCTION TEST) in recent past (less than 1 month)?
For MRSA treatment, antibiotics are needed according to sensitivity report. So sensitivity test is must.
And for better control of asthma long acting inhaled bronchodilators are needed. Meter dose inhaler containing LABA (long acting beta 2 agonist) and inhaled corticosteroids (ICS) are treatment of choice for asthma.
So please reply me the answers so that I can guide you properly.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Get done sensitivity report.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for your follow up question.
The causes for uncontrolled asthma even after treatment are
1. Chronic infection.
2. Improper treatment
3. Improper device of inhaled medicines.
4. Continuous exposure of allergen. Etc
So in your case sensitivity of MRSA is must. So that appropriate antibiotics can be given.
Your inhalers and tablets are fine. But do you use spacer device with your inhalers? Effectiveness of drug is very high if inhalers are used with spacer device. So do ask about this with your doctor.
Try to identify allergen which causes asthma worsening and if possible complete avoidance of it is needed.
So let me know which antibiotics you had taken?
Are you using spacer device?
So that I can guide you properly
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health.
Thanks.
