Brief Answer:
anti-obsessional drugs.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I can understand your concerns.

You have OCD with obsessions to urinate frequently.

In my opinion, you should consider taking drug treatment for this as the obsessions are affecting your daily life.
You force yourself to urinate and have visited ER repeatedly. But no medical cause is detected for your symptoms.

In such case, anti-obsessional drugs like fluoxetine or paroxetine (prescription drugs) work wonderfully well.
In addition to it, cognitive behavior therapy can compliment the drug therapy.

I would suggest you to consult a psychiatrist and start appropriate treatment.

Hope this helps.
Feel free to ask further.

Best regards.

Brief Answer:
zyprexa is an antipsychotic drug.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again.
Thanks for details.

Zyprexa is an antipsychotic drug which also acts as mood stabiliser and anti-anxiety agent and is used in resistant OCDs.

Antidepressants have to be used cautiously or best avoided in patients with ITP.

In my opinion, use of wellbutrin (prescription drug) can be considered as it does not have serotonin actions and would be safer for OCD patients in ITP.

However, if your doctor wants to use zyprexa for OCD, I think you should give it a try. This may work for you.

Hope this helps.
