Suggest Treatment For PCOD And Difficulty In Conceiving
Question: Hi, I am clear case of PCOD and wants to conceive. I have one daughter of 7 yrs old and my marriage life is 8.5 yrs old. After the birth of first baby my menses were regular but these for disturbed when I took contraceptive pill once. The baby birth happened due the course taken to regularize my menses cycle.
My eggs are formed but they do not grow to the level where they can fertilize. My doctor has given my HMG injections but nothing happened. Few months back I have gone through the ovarian drilling also so that the pregnency chances are increased but nothing positive turned out. I am constantly checking my ovulation but I am not even ovulating. Could you please advise me how can I conceive for another baby. I do not want to go for IVF or IUI.

You can undergo ovulation induction with multiple gonadotropins injections to increase size of eggs. You can undergo regular follicular growth scan to check if eggs are growing. If growing, you cam take hCG injection for ovulation and try naturally for pregnancy.
Check husband's semen analysis meanwhile.

I took HMG injections to induce ovulation but these injections did not work for me.
I understand that Gonadotropins injections are HMG only.
