Brief Answer:
She needs medications along with physiotherapy.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your mother's symptoms, diagnosis and her current condition.

It is unfortunate that she has to suffer so much pain and discomfort at an old age.

She needs a lot of love, care and affection.

For Parkinson's disease (PD), the medications useful are:

1. Syndopa- I usually give a dose of 110 mg three times daily to my patients

2. Pramipex- I usually give a dose of 0.25 mg two times daily

Depending on the response, the dose may be increased or decreased later on.

Also, she needs good physiotherapy and nursing care.

Other medical problems would also need to be addressed.

Is there any brain scan report for her? If yes, please let me know the findings.

Best wishes,
