Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
Parkinson's disease itself may cause pain that is known as dystonic pain.
Before to consider this, other conditions such ruptured meniscus on both knees, arthritis (even if you didn't suffered from it before), should be considered and evaluated further.
In my opinion, you should get evaluated by an Orthopedic surgeon and by imaging studies of knees ( x-rays, MRI), in order to get a correct understanding of your condition.
I think you should continue Advil and cold packs together with few days rest, until you get diagnosed properly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Greetings.
