Question: 34 yr old male. Sudden sharp chest ains with dizziness and shortness of breath, as well as bright red face, arms, and hands lasting approx 3 hrs with growing intensity. Episode followed physical activity of digging hole. Smoker,heavy drugs during teens. Ekg shows slight irregular beat, but could be his normal. Bp in normal range afterwards. Takes bp meds.

You are suffering from arrhythmia.Arrhythmia with chest pain and history of smoking need immediate medical attention and all possible causes should be excluded including heart attack.
You need investigations like routine hemogram,Random blood sugar(RBS),Liver function test(LFT),Renal function test(RFT),Lipid profile,ECHO.
Holter ECG can be done if needed. Holter ECG will monitor ECG for 24-48 hours continuously.
ECHO will tell functional status of heart.
Angiography should also be done to confirm status of coronary vessels.
