Question: My big left toe has a Bunyan that is getting bigger. There is no pain it but my toes are starting to cross over each other and I get foot cramps. Should I be worried?

Brief Answer:
Do get surgical correction done.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
Bunions do need a surgical correction even if painless as they do interfere with the normal gait and can cause deformity later on.
I recommend you to -

*Wear sandles with a wide and deep toe box.. This can often solve the problem and prevent you from needing more treatment.

*Wear felt or foam pads on your foot to protect the bunion.

* Wear sandles with Correct Toes spacers. Spacers to separate the first and second toes.

I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wishing you good health.
