Brief Answer:
Chemical burn to skin

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

I am sorry to hear that you got a chemical burn from bleach. There is nothing you can do at this point to the skin. The best thing is to be sure you washed off all the bleach. Then you can use baby powder to help reduce some of the redness. You may also try just soaking in cool water to help also with the burning. To help with the pain and also help with the swelling take aspirin 2 tablets 4 times a day until the pain and swelling stops. If you develop open sores or start to blister you should be seen by your medical provider where they can give you prescription strength burn cream.

I hope I answered your question. Please contact us again if you have any additional questions
