Question: hi, i lump on my penis and im not sure what it is.. it doesnt apear to be full of any fulid but it hurts if squesed and blood comes out. Some puss fluid did come out this morning when squeesed

I would advise you the following:
Since it is present at penis, it is advisable to take a course of an antibiotic and anti-inflammatory under the prescription from your local Doctor.
You may apply Liquid Povidone Iodine locally to keep the area sterile.
Please do not press or try to pop as the inflammation is very easily spread around.
