Hi,

A soft lump in the left jawline is mostly Lipoma. But, the exact diagnosis is confirmed by FNAC ( Fine Needle aspiration Cytology ). Without an opportunity to physically examine the lump, I shall name lipoma as the most possible conclusion. However if possible, please attach Photo to confirm / rule out other possibilities.
