Brief Answer:
Perineal abscess is most likely diagnosis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist,i can understand your concern.

Your description is typical of a perineal abscess.
After an examination by a surgeon, one can be more or less certain about it.

The treatment for this abscess is, to drain the pus collected inside it.
This is done under anesthesia.
It's a day case surgery.

You'll need to get routine blood tests done before surgery.

Wishing you good health.
