Suggest Treatment For Abdominal And Muscle Pain
Question: I have a pain on my lower right stomach near my hip flexor.( maybe it is my hip flexor) PT says it could be a strain but ive been doing stretching and strenghtening for about two weeks and it still hurts.
Pain when:
I sit up
Sneeze
Contract the muscle
Pain when:
I sit up
