Question: Strong gas pain, abdominal pain, constipated, unable to pass gas. Should I go to emergency. Pain has not let up all day. It is 10:45 pm here on Maui.

Thank you, went to emergency as pain continued to worsen. I had acute appendicitis and had surgery to remove the appendix. As an interesting side-fact, possibly unrelated, I had just undercone a colonoscopy 2 weeks prior to this. Thank you for the report.
