Question: I am extremely bloated get bad cramps and pains and have diareaha since sunday what can this be

Keep yourself hydrated. Take pedialyte 5 times a day. It will get your fluids and electrolytes back. Keep your hands clean before taking meals. Cook food properly at home. Don't eat outside until you get better.
