Brief Answer:
symptomatic treatment or hormonal pills

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

It is normal and usually subsides after 1st pregnancy/baby. If the symptoms are disturbing your daily routine it is best to meet a gynecologist for prescription medicines of hormonal pills.

For temporary relief I would suggest you take tab. myospaz forte as and when required. Exercise, low fat vegetarian diet, pyridoxine, magnesium and vitamin E helps reduce the cramps.

I hope this answered your query.
