Thank You!

uti not normally associated with bloating
Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic
Urinary tract infections can involve any area of the urinary tract- the ureter, bladder, kidney, urethra.
UTI are not normally associated with bloating though they can cause abdominal pain.
The abdominal pain is normally either in the suprapubic region (just above the pubic bone) or in the loin area (if the kidneys involved).
Urinary tract infections are also normally associated with additional urinary symptoms such as discomfort on urination, frequency urination, change in the color or odor of urine.
In the absence of any additional urinary symptoms and with the history of bloating, it is unlikely that your symptoms are related to a urinary tract infection.
It is possible that it may be related to partial obstruction. In some cases, resting the bowel helps but it would be best to be assessed by your doctor.
Other causes of abdominal pain and bloating are: GERD, constipation, food intolerance, celiac disease, infection of the GI tract- gastroenteritis, appendicitis (have additional symptoms).
I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
