Brief Answer:
It could be due to urinary tract infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting hcm about your health care.
I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
Bad smell in your mouth and tummy ache could be due to infection most likely fungal infection.
Blood in urine could be due to urinary tract infection.
You should get your ultrasound abdomen and urine test to rule out infection.
Abdominal pain can be due to renal stone and blood in urine could be due to that.
But before giving my opinion I would like to know more about your pain and symptoms.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Good luck.
Regards

Brief Answer:
Urine routine and microscopic examination advised.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Sorry for such a long delay in my response.
Your urinary symptoms could be due to urinary tract infection.
Bad breath could be due to constipation and ulcer in mouth( it could be a part of psoriatic arthritis).
So in my opinion get your ultrasound abdomen, urine and stool test to rule out the cause.
As you are not having any history of weight loss and other associated symptoms the chances of cancer are quite low.
Hope found useful.
Good luck.
Regards
