Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain, Gas And Bloating

Question: Hello, I have been having lower abdominal pain for the last 3-4 days after being treated with antibiotics for a bladder infection. I recently went back into the doctor and they found no evidence of infection in my urine sample, but sent it for culture and put me on a different antibiotic. I have been feeling a little better but now have orange colored urine. And seems to be orange/yellow vaginal mucus. I have been drinking water (about 1/2 L in the last 2 hrs) and don't feel dehydrated. The nausea that i had been feeling pretty consistently for the last 2 days has mostly gone away in the last few hours. The abdominal pain is also lessened and is now just on the left side of my lower abdomen. Yesterday it was on both sides of my abdomen and was exacerbated by gas and bloating even though i wasn't really eating anything.
Brief Answer:
Please complete the antibiotic course.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
As far as I understand, you took sulfamethoxazole first, was that based on a urine culture test ?
IF not, then it is possible that the correct antibiotic is only being given now ( based on the culture report ).
It will take a few more days for you to feel completely alright.
Your symptoms are already improved, and once you finish the course of ciplofloxacin, you will be better.
Please continue the treatment and complete the regimen.
All the best.
Please feel free to discuss further.
