Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain, Nausea And Swelling

Further evaluation advised
Detailed Answer:
hi.
thanks for posting query at HCM.
i understood your concern and advise you to have some blood tests that may give a better picture. Your clinical presentation points towards liver inflammation but one may not confirm without having some blood results. Followings tests are advised:
1. Liver function test
2. blood routine test ( CBC)
3. ultrasound abdomen ( if possible)
4. viral serology for hepB&C if not done in the past 6 months and/or if not vaccinated against HepB.
you may post the results here.
meanwhile, avoid fat-rich food , red meat, junk food and beverages.
yes, tramadol may injure liver. however, not always. blood test results will confirm.
discuss with treating physician: switching from tramadol to another drug but be sure that you do NOT stop tramadol immediately. tramadol dosage is tapered down and then stopped.
hope to answer your concern.
regards
