Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain With Vomiting

Supportive care.
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. Vomiting and constipation with recent flares of throwing up are likely a stomach flu. Use of tums, pepto and BRAT Diet was a good move. Managing constipation alone would have reduced vomiting episodes. Add some laxatives to the diet and some motility enhancing medications like domperidone or metoclopramide to get relief. Continue BRAT diet, add herbal tea and pomegranate juice as well.
Regarding back pain that might be age related articular degeneration f spinal joint. That will need MRI of spine to sort out. Pain killers, physiotherapy exercises and good posture maintenance till then will help.
I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.
