Suggest Treatment For Abnormal Discharge Due To Bug Infection
Internal medicine or infectious disease spec
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.
I have read your query. I will try to answer your specific questions and current concerns.
Any suggestions on what type of DR's I should be seeing?
You may want to see an infectious disease specialist or atleast internal medicine specialist.
What tests I should ask for and hold firm on getting them?
- Microbiology of the specimens should be asked for. You are getting abnormal discharges or white worms/bugs, these specimens should be sent for microscopy. Should be checked with blood tests for petechiae.
Meditation should be learnt from a teacher. I usually suggest Art of living for it.
It was better if you described the bugs in detail and even upload their photograph. It is not safe to take neem oil internally. I can guess that you are trying to detox, eliminate the bugs etc. It is better to control the intake of toxins like drinking the cleanest water available in grocery stores and eating more fruits. If you see white forms floating in boiling water (that you are drinking), then drinking water may be the source of the bugs. Drinking clean water should help with atleast some of your symptoms.
Petechiae may be happening because of low vit K. Vit K may become low due to alteration of normal flora in the gut. Get its level checked in the blood and if deficiency is present, take its supplement. Take pain as a thought and gulp it. Try to be physically active.
Hope I addressed your concerns. Let me know if you have more doubts.

Neem oil is antifungal and antiparasitic
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
Firstly I will talk about neem oil and cheyletiella. Neem oil has some anifungal and antiparasitic properties and is helping you with skin problems. It is scientifically understandable. Cheyletiella is a parasite of the dogs and cats and can be transmitted to humans. Neem oil is helping by eliminating this parasite and any abnormal fungi from your body (git and skin). I personally think that git and skin get affected simultaneously in many infections. Thus such substances help clear both. But the issue is that it can have side effects and should not be taken internally. Applying externally is safe.
Regarding cheyletiella, you should try the treatment that is used for scabies (scabicides). It is available with prescription. Apply it overnight except on face and wash it off in the morning. Repeat the process in 1 week if still some mites are remaining.
Regarding vit K, your doctor can investigate if it is deficient. He should also investigate for other bleeding disorders. Appropriate treatment can be started after documenting deficiency.
Regarding your almost haemochromatosis, therapeutic phlebotomy will make you feel better.
Regarding Hep c there are new treatments available that have been tried in many patients with success. Treatment options like interferon, and some new drugs are available. Check with your doctor about it.
Regarding fatigue, it is the end-result of many issues going on with your health. But I also know that you have survived through bad health. I hope you will enjoy better health with appropriate management.
In the meanwhile take the precautions that I mentioned in my previous reply. A combination of yoga or other exercises, safe food and water, eliminating recurrences of infections, appropriate management of ongoing issues will help you lead a stress free life.
Hope it helps.
