Suggest Treatment For Acid Reflux, Dysentery And Stomach Upset While On Libratex
Question: Sir,
I am suffering from total uneasiness in stomach with stomach fullness, gas, sometimes dysentry. I am now taking LIBRA-TEX once in a day (at 6 pm) and Rablet D on empty stomach in the morning.but, not getting relief.
This often happens when there is some disturbance in taking food outside. Earlier a few months back, I was suffering from similar problems with anxiety disorder, one doctor prescribed me STELBID1 before meal twice daily but I got relief from the problem. Kindly advice.

These are all symptoms of IBS only.
I would advise you to do the following tests -
1. Stool analysis
2. Thyroid function test
3. Tissue transglutaminase antibody test.
If these tests do not contribute anything much, the following medications may be taken.
1. T.Rifagut 400 mg 1-1-1 for 2 weeks
2. T.Librax 1-0-1 for 4 weeks
3. T.Ibset 1-0-0 for 4 weeks
4. C.VSL#3 1-0-0 for 4 weeks.
Take low FODMAP diet. Go to the following link for a low FODMAP diet-
