Brief Answer:
Increased gastrocolic reflux.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for choosing HealthcareMagic for your query,

I've gone through all your details and appreciate your concern.

Initially i would like to give you a briefing about Gastrocolic reflux.
The gastrocolic reflex or gastrocolic response is one of a number of physiological reflexes controlling the motility, or peristalsis, of the gastrointestinal tract. It involves an increase in motility of the colon in response to stretch in the stomach and byproducts of digestion in the small intestine. Thus, this reflex is responsible for the urge to defecate following a meal. The small intestine also shows a similar motility response.
Initially the cause in your case can be-
Dyspepsia with enteritis due to disturbed gut flora.-As the onset in your case is acute (from some days) most likely cause is indigestion leading to increased gastrocolic reflex.Indigestion can be due to presence of residual swelling in intestines called enteritis. This swelling on intestines results in increased peristalytic rate causing frequent defecation.
Bloating (Gas)can be caused by any kind of food. In most of the cases, it's fatty foods which cause these symptoms. Any food whether it's fat or protein or complex carbohydrate when can not be properly digested, releases large amount of gases like hydrogen, methane, carbon dioxide can cause increase in gas formation.

Advice-
Stool test- To rule out protozoal or bacterial infestation.
Faecal calprotectin is a biochemical measurement of the protein calprotectin in the stool. Elevated faecal calprotectin indicates the migration of neutrophils to the intestinal mucosa, which occurs during intestinal inflammation.

Rx
Continue to take probiotic teice daily for few more days.Probiotic help to replete the disturbed gut flora hence causing improvement in overall digestion.
Take an antispasmodic like Dicyclomine 10 mg thrice daily for few days.It slows down the Gastro colic reflux.

For symptomatic relief in Gas take Omeprazole 40 mg once daily for few days.
