Brief Answer:
Use benzoyl peroxide cream
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query and photograph.
I treat such cases with 2.5 % benzoyl peroxide cream to be applied in night and clindamycin gel in morning.
This combination works well and is safe as well as effective and usually available over the counter.
Use tea tree oil face wash.
It causes dryness but is effective in controlling acne.
Try this and let me know the results.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.
