Brief Answer:
Possibility of molluscum
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us
I am dr.kakkar(dermatologist).
I have gone through your query and i have noted your concern.
I would keep a possibility of either molluscum contagiosum or acne. Most likely it is molluscum which is a viral infection and commonly presents as asymptomatic, dome shaped lesions.
I suggest him to use retino- A cream 0.025% once daily at night.
Discontinue duofilm. He may continue with ascazin and nadibact during day.
Regards
