Suggest Treatment For Acne On The Face

Question: I have never had flawless skin. But it's always been more or less clear with an occasional pimple.i have oily skin since childhood. For the last 3 weeks I've been noticing some small bumps on my forehead Which resemble prickly heat or subclinical acne. They are skin colored and under the skin. You can't really see them from afar but the skin feels rough on touching. In the last few days it's appeared on my cheeks and chin as well.
I am 29, female with a 28-34 days menstrual cycle that has been regular most of the time.
