Suggest Treatment For Acne

Question: Four years ago i would have a skin reaction similar to acne but it was not acne as ive never had acne. It was a reaction to withdraw of cortizone. I would have to run cortizone on my face every night or i would have a breakout of acne like bumps that turn into a sticky crusty puss like symptom. Finally i met a dr who said to stop cortizone and use neosporin. I used neosporin for months and finally this symptom went away i no longer needed the neosporin. It has been over 4 years since then. My wife last week (not sure this is the cause) made me use a new face cream to wash my face and three days later im havjng outbreak of the same symptoms. I started using neosporin again in hope this will help. Please let me know what i should do. Thx

Its under control becuase of neosporin but extremly itchy
Brief Answer:
Acneform eruption. Oral and topical antiacne medications
Detailed Answer:
Thank you. I have viewed the Images.
You have a mild acneform eruption. Perhaps the face wash did'nt suit you.
I suggest you to use only a gentle cleansing face wash e.g cetaphil cleansing lotion, twice daily.
Use clindamycin gel 1%, twice daily for the pimples/ bumps rather than Neosporin. Neosporin ointment is too greasy/ oily.
In addition I would also suggest Oral Doxycycline hydrochloride 100mg Capsule, twice daily for 2 weeks. It is a prescription medication.
