Brief Answer:
Detail follows.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Welcome to HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
You might be suffering from Acute Viral Infection accompanying Acute Bronchitis.
These days viral fever persists for up to 7 days. And actually makes a person feel weak and dizzy.
I advise following in such conditions:
1. To continue the antibiotic as you are taking.
2. Also to add an anti allergic in your prescription like Levocetrizine 5mg once a day.
3. To consume lots of oral fluids. Start having soups in hot drinks and lemon water of normal temperature.
4. You should continue Clavum for total 5 days. Many people feel such light headedness and abdominal discomfort like pain and loose stools on taking this. This would go once you stop antibiotic. I would here advise you to take a combination of Pantoprazole and Domperidone once a day.
5. Take rest.

You would start feeling better with 3-5 days.
If you have any further query please ask me.

Dear XXXXXXX
Its great if you are taking Pantoprazole and Neutrolin B.
If you have any cough left then only take Levocetrizine.
As far as ENT consult is concerned I don't find any need because your symptoms are not of ear infection.
You simply take Healthy food and drink plenty of fluids.
Once your medicines are over and total 7 days would elapse you would feel energetic again.
This is all Viral Syndrome. You Would get well soon :)
If you have any further query please ask me else close the discussion and rate it.

Dear XXXXXXX
Yes you can take Betahistine for 3 days. There is no problem in that as it gives symptomatic relief.
But with every reply you are adding one more medicine that you are taking!!!
Just complete the course and stop all medicines.
If your light headedness persists even after a week write to me again.
Good Luck.
