Suggest Treatment For Acute Low Sperm Count
Question: i am suffering from acute lower sperm count and erectile problems from earlier periods..initially count was 10-15 p. c.then after lot of medication lost evevn that. now slightly improved..pls advice

Thank you doctor. I have under gone the TRUS at the advise of urologist last year when treatment was started. After seeing the result uroligost opined no serious conplication . Light vericocile is detected in usgs also. Pls advice me further

In case if the TRUS has ruled out duct obstruction, I advise you to focus more on Varicocele. Though a mild reduction in sperm count even Varicocele has propensity to cause it.
Varicocele correction through surgical procedures or percutaneous embolisation(non invasive procedure) will help to increase your sperm production. We cannot be sure if it improves the sperm count though. Unfortunately there are no proven medications that will improve the sperm count and its motility even after correcting simple causes.
You just have to follow up with your Urologist / XXXXXXX who can guide you with newer therapies if available soon.
