Absence of Ejacualatory duct can not be diagnosed only on Cystoscopy.

Based on the facts that your Urologist on doing Cystoscopy has reported or suspected that there is absence of ejaculatory duct .

In a individual who ejaculates semen can not be suspected to have absence of Ejaculatory ,The first symptom of absence of ejaculatory duct is there is no ejaculation at all .
Many a times opening of ejaculatory duct is not visualized on Endoscopic examination due to inflammation or congestion in prostate.and verumontanum where ejaculatory duct opens .

This can be confirmed by doing MRI of pelvis.

The amount of ejaculate which I produce is quite diminished in terms of volume and velocity. Could this be the result of congestion or inflammation in the prostrate? What sort of treatment options are there? I've had a sense of urgency to pee with about 2 seconds warning for the past two months. No history of UTI. What sort of questions should I ask my urologist at my next appointment?

Urgency for urination is the symptom due to enlarged prostate which is very common after the age of 60 years .Low semen volume is common after the age of 60 yeras ..
You should ask your Urologist to get following tests done to confirm the diagnosis .
1) Routine urine test and Urine culture
2) Ultrasound Scanning of abdomen and pelvis with post void residual urine volume
3) Uroflometry

Further treatment will be decided by him based on results of these test .

I forgot to mention that I have microscopic hematuria. How does this change the dynamics?
