Brief Answer:
Should wait .

Detailed Answer:
Hi Dear User ! Thank you for posting your question here .
I read your concern and I understand.

To start an antibiotic (penicillin ) first we have to be sure that is a acute bacterial sinusitis ,only in this case you can take antibiotics otherwise will be unnecessary( will not help)
According to what you prescribe it shows an acute sinusitis ( more viral than a bacterial cause ).

I will write you some topics how to understand it's a bacterial sinusitis :
Bacterial sinusitis start some days after you had a upper respiratory viral infection (not in the same time )
- Usually in this case you will have purulent discharge ( yellow or dark colour and thicker ) with nasal obstruction /facial pain that persist more than 10days or worsen within 10 days .
-Fever ,toothpain ..

If your sinusitis symptoms just started and you dont have any sign of a possible bacterial sinusitis ,I suggest to wait ,not to start any antibiotics (penicillin ,please first rule out If you are allergic to this antibiotic )
If you have any of the symptoms that indicate bacterial sinusitis you should go to a local doctor (to a specialist) first to do some extra physical examinations to confirm the diagnosis and also he/she will advice about the use of antibiotics.

Meanwhile use decongestants but no more than 3-4days .
Take some antipiretic (ibuprofen ) for pain .
Take intranasal saline irrigation(will help with the discharge.Warm compresses, drink planty of fluid ( stay hydrated ).

Hope I was helpful .
If you have any further clarifications I will be happy to help, if not you can close the discussion.
Take Care !
