Brief Answer:
Possibility of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
I have also evaluated all reports, prescription.
The probable diagnosis is amyotrophic lateral sclerosis which has no proven therapy at present.
You are also consulting at a premier Institute and all relevant investigations have been done.
The only drug with some effects is riluzole. It only delays the progression but no effect on disease.
Prognosis is poor and progression is unavoidable at present.
Let's hope some new drug or therapy comes.

Brief Answer:
No proven effective therapy for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
There is no effective treatment in allopathic medicine system in any country till now and any drug shown to have some benefits is riluzole.
Stem cell therapy is offered by some practitioner but the therapy is not approved. The benefits claimed are questionable.
In ayurvedic or homeopathic medicine system you need to consult their experts. In my knowledge the treatment is not present.
