Suggest Treatment For An Itchy Genital Mole

So I went to a dermatologist 6 years ago and she told me it was nothing that I should not worry but today while reading some articles about genital diseases I found that it could be a "genital wart" which I understand is a Human Papillomavirus (HPV) infection.
Can you please advise what I might have?. The mole itches sometimes, but not all the time and it has not bother me but now I am worried about it.
Are there any creams or treatments I can use to get rid off it?.
I have "fatty liver" so I would not like to take any medication that will affect my liver.
Thank you very much.
It look like a wart. The rough surface is suggestive!
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.
I am so sorry to hear about this lesion that you have reported. I have taken a look and it is very suggestive of a wart from its features. The best way is to scrape it off and put a tight dressing. If you think you can scratch it off and put a tight bandaid, then bleeding would be controlled. If you cannot do this, I will suggest that you get evaluated by a doctor and be prescribed a medication to help with this. Drugs for this need special advise on how to use them and I will like to know you are able to manipulate them and not run into trouble.
The most commonly used medications are podophylline/acetic acid/etc. But, I can only recommend this after a thorough education. If you think you can go ahead and use them, then check them out on the local drug stores and buy one.
I hope this helps, I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

Thank you for the advise.
I read that there are other creams/gels than can be used as well like:
Patient-Applied:
- Podofilox 0.5% solution or gel
- Imiquimod 5% cream
- Sinecatechins 15% ointment
Provider–Administered:
- Cryotherapy with liquid nitrogen or cryoprobe
- Podophyllin resin 10%–25% in a compound tincture of benzoin
- Trichloroacetic acid (TCA) or Bichloroacetic acid (BCA) 80%–90%
Which of these I could find in the pharmacy so I can apply myself?.
Thank you again.
Podophylline(podofilox 0,5%)!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Please,, ask for podofilox. However, you may ask after the others and what ever is present, bring to my attention and I will direct you on how to use it.
I wish you well and hope to hear from you.
