Dear Doctor,
Actually I have visited a surgeon who has advised me that operation is the best way to cure it else it may cause problem (like pain, bleeding etc.) again after some time. Kindly advise in view of this. The surgeon is an FRCS, MS.

Brief Answer:
Take second opinion from different surgeon
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Sentinel piles need not be treated unless causing symptoms, this is my opinion. I would suggest you to take another surgeon's opinion before proceeding to the surgery.
I do not doubt the qualification of the surgeon but the opinions are different and approach to the problem can be different.
Btw I am sorry for a late reply because of poor internet connectivity at a camp.
Thank you for being patient.
