Suggest Treatment For Anal Fissure

I have been dealing with a fissure for two months. The pain has completely subsided, but the skin tag is still in place and still is itchy and irritable. I believe it is still healing. I do have a small amount of blood during bowel movements and it still feels as if im pushing to hard to get anything out. I think I may have a internal hemorrhoid but there is also a very small amount of sometimes yellowish pus i suppose. I have no abdominal pain or pain while using the bathroom. Is this just me still healing or does it sound like anything else. I feel like I dont have any of the symptoms associated with alot of things but I know I did have the fissure that was extremely painful but not any more.
The skin tag is called Sentinel pile.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
As per your description, you are having a Fissure in ano. There will be pain in this condition. It is nothing but a Crack inside the anal canal. The skin tag is caused by Chronic fissure in ano.It is called sentinel pile, even though it is not a pile.It has to be removed surgically. It will not get reduced by medical treatment.
Internal haemorrhoids are diagnosed by sigmoidoscopic examination.
I prefer to do surgery along with excision of skin tag under Spinal anaesthesia. Advantage in this anaesthesia is that the rectum and anal canal will be very relaxed and the internal haemorrhoids can be dealt with easily and in the same sitting.
Eat high fiber diet.Eat fresh fruits and vegetables.Drink plenty of fluids.Your stool should be soft.
Please consult a Surgeon, get examined clinically and.proceed accordingly.
Nothing to worry.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards

Thanks for the information. What about the yellowish discharge? Im not exactly aure about if i have a hemmroid but i strain alot without pain so i was just guessing. The fissure is not painful any more just the tag is irritated when i walk. I also take fiber powder. My stool has been flat so i was guessing that may be from the pile
Yellowish discharge could be mucus.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Yellowish discharge from the anal canal could be mucus. There will be normal mucus discharge in many people.Quantity varies from individual to individual.
There is no link between haemorrhoids and straining. It doesn't obstruct the stool.
Whether the tag is from fissure or haemorrhoids, it will be confirmed after clinical examination only.
Skin tag from fissure in ano will be in the midline.
Please consult a Surgeon and get examined clinically.
Wish you good health.
