Brief Answer:
Micro abraison is the new hope.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Micro abraison is a technique that combines both western medical science and
Eastern acupuncture. It is similar to sitting on a dentists chair. The instrument is a special roller, that has got fine needles and is dragged gently across the areas that are affected by alopecia. The fine points avulse gently the hair follicles and stimulate them to grow again. This has very good results. This is also used nowadays as an interim stage before transplanting hair. I say, go for it.
