What Is The Reason For Missing Follicle On Day 11 Of Follicular Study?

Hi last month i had gone through the follicular study on day 10 and there was a follicule of a good size..
And tgis month on day 11 when i again went for the follicular study there was no follicule growth found...
What could be the reason for this.. Is it possible that follicule could b formed in a day or two??

Hi,

Every month, there may be slight variations in the day of follicular rupture and ovulation. There are two good ways to measure egg count- an antral follicle count and an AMH (anti-Mullerian hormone) test. These test can be done to rule out any abnormalities.
