Had My Abdominal Hysterectomy. Now Have Pain In Stomach. Feel Cramps. On Amikacin. UTI?

I had my abdominal hysterectomy 6 days ago with ovaries intact. Since 5th day of my surgery I started having pain the stomach from morning just after having breakfast. From night the pain transformed into cramp which bothered me lot. I had been administered amikacin and piparicillin with tazobactum suspecting infection due to UTI as other blood reports does not pointing towards any other problem.

Hi, Your quiry is not clear about the site of the pain, if it is above the umblicus, it could be due to gastritis due to the drugs used post operatively . If it is below the umblicus, it may be due to the adhetions, hernia, etc.
Any how I advise you to consult the operating surgeon for clearing the doubt. Thank you.
