Brief Answer:
Findings may indicate UTI.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Your urine findings may indicate urinary tract infection(UTI).
Findings also need proper clinical examination and routine investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,random blood sugar,renal function test,ultrasound of abdomen,urine culture/sensitivity.
You may need to take full course of antibiotics depending upon culture/sensitivity report .
You should drink plenty of water.
Other findings are normal.
Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.

I went to an urgent care, he did urine test only, said it was ok but I told him the symptoms I was feeling And what you had said. He prescribed me ciprofloxacin 500mg one every 12 hours for 10 days. Thank you I feel so much better already. I have two questions
1) do you agree with his medication choice and treatment and
2) I have a suspicion I've had the infection for a long time and I took the fatigue and discomfort as being a part of my other health problems. What results in not having treatment for quite an extended time? Honestly if I hadn't reached out to you I would still be suffering and God only knows how long it would have continued. Thank you and I look forward to your response.

I have one more question. I had an abnormal keg in 2012 which led them to giving me an echo which came out normal. I know if I get anxiety my heart beats feel completely uneven and worrisome and the muscle tissue swells above and around my heart, diagnosed before with chostochondris before, so I am being very good about taking my ativan. My question is can severe anxiety could have caused the abnormal EKG? any suggestions? It would just ease my mind. When i have panic attacks it literally has the same painful phyical components of having a heart attack.
Brief Answer:
Anxiety may cause ECG abnormality.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Yes,anxiety may cause ECG abnormality and panic attack may mimic heart attack.
If you have frequent attack of panic then you may need medicines after evaluation by a psychiatrist.
You may need regular check up like random blood sugar, lipid profile,ECG,ECHO to exclude any cardiac problem.
Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.

Thank you its been on my mind for years. I love this service because i can ask for help in the comfort of my own home and i feel that it is nicely annonymous, feeling as from the past i have been uncomfortably judged based on appearance, so yay. Have a good day. I have a neural (brain) question about testing regarding scoliosis, do I send you the question and you forward it? Or do I submit it differently. I have a spinal doc appt next friday and I need some answers to be aware of before I talk him.
Brief Answer:
You may ask question separately as orthopedics is a different specialty.
