Hello Dear

After reading the details of the problem provided by you first of all I would like to tell you that YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY HEART DISEASE. You are totally fine and you have to believe in yourself.

Your age as per details is just 26, its the age to enjoy your life. As all your tests have come out with a good result that's the evidence that you don't have any problems. It's just your thought process that is troubling you.

Believe in yourself stop worrying and you will be fine.

But still if you feel helpless then in my opinion you should take help of a professional counseller or a psychotherapist.

I hope this information will be helpful.

Kind Regards
