Suggest Treatment For Anxiety, Depression, Insomnia And Tiredness

Question: have been on efexor, was on Prozac previously all for panic disorder, anxiety and depression didn't like efexor made me more agitated dosage of efexor was 150. now going back on Prozac again .I am also on 2 immovane at night for imsomnia I want to know if the 2 interact and if l can take Prozac at night as when I first start them they make me tired I have gone back to the Prozac as they seemed to keep me more balanced . the efexor made me feel tired and numb

Prozac generally is activating drug and may cause insomnia. I always prefer to prescribe prozac in morning after breakfast.Taking it night may cause sleep disturbance..
