Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HealthcareMagic.
I can understand your concerns.
In my opinion, you are having an anxiety disorder with superimposed panick attacks.
It is easily controllable and you can lead a normal life.
I have some suggestions which will help you:
1. Practice relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation regularly.
2. Avoid tea, coffee, and alcohol.
3. SSRI drugs like escitalopram or paroxetine (prescription drug) and benzos like klonopin will help (needs valid prescription).
4. You can drink a glass of cold water or coughing for sometime can abort a panic attack.
Kindly mention what sleeping pills are you taking?
Are your thyroid levels under control? Hyperthyroidism can also precipitate anxiety.
You are right that tooth-extraction might have resulted in this anxiety symptoms. Because our brain can register such events as traumatic ones and cognitive distortions develop around this.
Kindly consult a psychiatrist for detailed examination and further treatment.
Hope this answers your query satisfactorily.

2. Donot take heavy fatty meals in dinner.
3. Drink a glass of warm milk and take warm water bath before bed.
4. Avoid tea, coffee at bedtime.
