Suggest Treatment For Anxiety, Restlessness, Depression And Inferiority Complex
Question: Dear Sir,
From year 2011 I have been suffered anxiety and very low mood due to some career related problem. Once anxiety attack also happened but I deed not visited to doctor. continued to stay in a sad mood.
During thai time I have noticed that my sexual urge declining gradually but I don't know that may be due to mood problem. And focused on this and go on thinking again mentally became anxious. Every time a day always think on that. Several time anxiety attack occurred and gradually mood going on more sad.
Finally I visited to a psychiatrist on mid of 2012. Doctor prescribed me Valporal CR,Olanzapine and fluoxetine
After continuation of this medicine I have cured gradually and my mental problems removed almost
But still I have noticed the sexual urge is low. Rarely it comes and disappear. I left thinking on it . medicine continued and I asked doctor that should I marry or not. Doctor told me to go for marriage without any thinking and he assured me that no problem will be occur. That made me confident and plan for marriage. After getting improvement doctor slightly made changes in medicine. olanex f and Nexeto. Further continued this medicine for certain period of time. After further improvement he gradually tapped the medicine and only I was told to take nexeto for another few month. Meanwhile as I was totally cured I stop Nexeto. Also I feel that sexual urge improved gradually. I stop visiting to doctor.
I totally stop all medicine on March 2015.
Recently I have got married 2 month ago but soon after marriage suddenly I noticed that during foreplaying I am not feeling sexual urge as before and within few hours my anxiety start beginning and I fell down to my previous state as like before visiting to doctor. Got seriously worried and visited to a local psychiatrist. He given me tynept Inderal and tetrafal plus tablet.And told me to carry on. I noticed that after getting up from sleep as and when my sleep broken anxiety shooting up an sometimes goes beyond of control..again I have visited to the doctor that is local psychiatrist not the previous doctor. he told me to continue same medicine and added Soltus with that. So I carry on Tynept, Inderal, Tetrafal Plus and Soltus.
After marriage I felt that sexual urge is very low as so much that I could not able to do Intercourse.And I started avoiding sex. Due to this simultaneously so many problems occurring in my mind like anxiety, restlessness,frustration depression, infeority complex etc. I totally confused that what to do.
Finally I have visited to a doctor 10 days ago and he have prescribed me Pexep 10 for ten days and after that pexep 20 for another 20 days and t tadalafil 10 tablet 3 per week . I have started to take this medicine for seven days and continuing this.
sir again after taking this medicine after each time when my sleep breaking anxiety starts and persisting for few hours and that time nothing could not make me well and all negative thinking comes in my mind. I gradually broken down. Considering this situation plz suggest me what should I do. And whether my medication is going proper or not. I don't know how should I come out from this situation. as I got married recently and this situation happens which made me more distressed.even when my wife comes me to love I become more nurvas and anxious

It seems your earlier depression episode is making a recurrence and you need to treat it well this time as well. Further inability to perform sexually is worsening the trouble. Moreover vice-a versa its possible that the depression and anxiety could be worsening your sexual troubles. You need to get your depression/anxiety treated.
Ideally ones you have responded to Escitalopram, you should have been started on escitalopram ones again. Mostly the medicine which has helped you previously, you would respond on that same medicine faster than on some other medicine. Instead of being tried on tyneptine or paroxetine, it would be wiser to start on escitalopram again.
It may take 2-3 weeks to start showing the response, but ones your depression and anxiety are treated your sexual functioning should also start improving.
