Suggest Treatment For Aorta Valve Leakage In A Person With MRSA Infection

Question: I have an aorta valve leaking, I also have a coronary problem that the two veins in the back of my headone s completely blocked the other just trickling thru. I have had MRSA once the blood was involved. I was hospitalized then in a nursing home for 3 months taking vacinimicon {misspelled} twice a day. From that time on I was hospitalized at least 2 to 3 times a year. I am getting better as I did not have any infections this year. The doctors have said that because of my heart issues and the MRSA that opening any precdure would be like a death sentence for me. From all of this my body has taken a big hit and am trying to get my immune system improved so I can feel safer going out in the public. Please tell me what I can do. My doctors are at Carle Clinic in Urbana Ill. I just need to be in a way be reassured that what guidelines can I truly do to make me healthier, I am on a very limited diet and do try to buy fresh vegetables and fruit whick by the way I like every thing in these catagories.

- avoid smoking or high intensity physical activity without consulting with your doctor

- limit salt , sugar and alcohol intake

- continue taking fresh foods like fruits and vegetables as you are doing now

- have more foods high in omega 3 like fish
