Posted on Sat, 9 May 2015
Question: I am wondering about my feet. I am 65 and for a long time I have developed a bulge on the out side of both of my feet at the arch area. I have felt it was just due to aging?
i have been working retail for 1/5 years and was cashier standing for up to 8 hrs. for 26 hrs a week. recently started in garden and now mostly walk up to 8 hrs for around 28 hrs. per week. by end of day these bulges can feel burny for an hour or so after my shift. I do use good quality boots, Ariat and Saucny tennies. I also have in my left leg a plate and 11 pins from an old injury.
