Brief Answer:
What is your exact query ?

Detailed Answer:
Dear Madam,

Thank you for posting your query on HCM.

Well looking into your query I will like to tell you that I have gone through the information you have provided but want to know exactly the question for which you want an answer . Also what type of arthritis you are suffering from , you didn't mention that . Spinal stenosis can be due to degenerative changes for which not much can be done considering your age . Also please attach your EMG report along with all other tests if done any so that we can have a better understanding of disease and guide you in best possible way .

Take care.

Dr. Shruti
